At the recent IBC 2008, Sachtler's multifunctional camera support tool SOOM impressed the trade media and camera operators alike with its infinite possibilites. In a video clip, filmed at the Sachtler booth by Broadcast Engineering to be used for their Internet portal, Jürgen Sommer, Director of Brand Development for Vitec Group's Camera Dynamics, demonstrated the SOOM's flexibility. The video also featured the array of “Works with SOOM” products, including fluid heads FSB 2 and FSB 6, the battery concept FSB CELL and the Reporter 8LED portable lighting fixture.
