Under the slogan "Inspiring the future - Building on the past" the annual retailer meeting took place at Sachtler in Eching. While looking back at 50 years of tradition and expertise within the camera support industry, participants also focused on the future.
After presentations, discussions and workshops about trends and future prospects within the broadcast industry, in the evening the company’s 50th anniversary party took place. During the event, Jürgen Sommer, Director of Brand development, and Stefano Finessi, EMEA Sales Director, Camera Dynamics, awarded the most successful Sachtler retailers, for the years 2006 and 2007.

In five categories the following ten retailers received awards:
