In designing Reporter LED special emphasis was placed on durability, compactness and flexibility. The Reporter LED offers input voltage from 6 to 24 volts, making it ideal for use with a range of camera from small 7.2 volt HDV cameras to commonly-used broadcast camcorders. The luminaire deploys all the advantages of the latest LED technology: energy efficiency, the exceptionally long life of the LED chip, an extremely low failure rate, and minimal heat generation.

A rigid, waterproof aluminium housing allows use of the Reporter LED in extreme shooting situations.
The Reporter LED is available either as a daylight or a tungsten version, as well as with or without a dimmer. The LED module also can be easily exchanged with either a tungsten or a daylight module. The reflector is one of the Reporter LED’s standard features, while a Medium Optic lens and Wide Optic lens are available optionally. Thanks to the 4-leaf barndoor’s quick-release mechanism the optics can be exchanged easily.
An assortment of accessories offers the user a wide selection of light design possibilities. The luminaire can be used as a location light via a mounting base or a mini croco clamp.
