Sachtler Vitec Videocom GmbH are the sole owners of the rights to the pictures and logos. They authorise the use, free of charge, of the pictures and logos for the purpose of editorial and scientific reporting. However, neither the pictures, nor the logos may be modified or revised in any way, particularly trimmed, alienated, distorted or mutilated in any other manner. As far as the commercial use is concerned, the approval of Sachtler Vitec Videocom GmbH has always to be obtained. The pictures must at all times quote the source “Sachtler Press Picture”. In consideration of the permission to make use of the pictures, free of charge, Sachtler Vitec Videocom GmbH request a voucher copy in the case of printing media, and brief notification in the case of film and electronic media.
